     Thai cuisine which originated from Thailand is famous for its balance on five fundamental tastes like spicy, sour, sweet, salty, and bitter. The cuisine is served at the same time that is consists of rice with several dishes. In order to make it more yummy, sauces and condiments are added to the meal like the following: 

·         phrik nam pla  or nam pla phrik  which is compose of fish sauce, lime juice, chopped chilies and garlic, dried chili flakes 

·         sweet chili sauce 

·         sliced chili peppers in rice vinegar and

·         sriracha sauce, or a spicy chili sauce or paste called  nam phrik  

     Thai cuisine is not only famous for its balance of taste but it is also one of the healthiest dishes. In fact, its ingredients like galangal, coriander, lemongrass, and fresh chillies contain immune boosting supplements.

     Here are sample thai dishes that may caught your interest:

·         Khao phat kai is one of the individual dishes and is consist of fried rice with chicken. 

·         Ho mok pla is one of the central Thai dishes and is  a paté of fish, spices, coconut milk and egg, steamed in a banana leaf cup and topped with thick coconut cream before serving or simply a steamed fish curry.

·         Khanom chan is for deserts and sweet snacks. It is a multi-layer of pandan-flavored sticky rice flour mixed with coconut milk or Multi-Layer Sweet. It is also believed to be a good luck.

·         Cha yen is a version of thai iced tea.  This tea is sweetened with sugar and condensed milk and served chilled.
